This FREE one session workshop is run in primary schools throughout Hammersmith and Fulham throughout May to July for year 6 pupils at their current primary school. The 1.5 - 2 hour session covers important aspects of the transition to secondary such as the difference between primary and secondary school, the skill of being a friend to make new friends, how to read a school timetable and building confidence in managing a secondary school day.
